Preparation of Ingredients
Slice the ginger, and cut the green onions into sections; set aside.
Cut the streaky pork into pieces and briefly fry them for later use.
Cooking Steps
Put the Spicy Shrimp Seasoning, beer, fried streaky pork and sugar into the pressure cooker.
Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked through, put them into the pot and thicken the sauce, and serve in a bowl.
Drain the residue with a skimmer, and pour the sauce on the streaky pork.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
