innovative R & D

Innovation and R&D Center

Teway Food Innovation and R&D Center has been established for over 10 years. It was honored as a municipal and provincial enterprise technology center in 2008 and 2010, and an Engineering Technology Research Center in 2021.  As of June 30, 2025, the R&D center had 149 dedicated R&D personnel, one of the largest teams in the compound seasoning industry, with expertise in raw material research, recipe formulation, sensory analysis and molecular analytics.

  1. 8 Exclusive Raw Material Production Bases

    To ensure the quality of raw materials and guarantee the naturalness and safety of each raw material from the source, 8 exclusive raw material production bases have been established.

  2. Quality Control Team of 136 People

    The company now has a quality control team of 136 people, enabling comprehensive monitoring throughout the production process. They conduct testing for pesticide residues, aflatoxin, Sudan red, rhodamine B, preservatives, solvent residues, microorganisms, peroxide values, acid values, nitrites, total nitrogen, moisture, salt, ash, heat seal strength, carton compression resistance, etc., and its advancement is among the forefront of the national industry.

  3. HACCP Management System Production Standard

    The company has strictly followed the production standards of HACCP management system, and has successively passed the quality management system certification, food safety management system certification, environmental management system certification and occupational health and safety management system certification. It has built a comprehensive control system to implement full-process monitoring of the entire food chain, truly achieving traceability from the source, tracking of flows, queryable information, controllable processes, and product recall capabilities, thereby further strengthening food safety supervision and ensuring stable and safe product quality.
