    Clean the clams for later use.
  4. Cooking Steps

    Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, bring to a boil, add salt and ground pepper, and blanch them for later use.

    In the same pan, add 50g of salad oil, then stir-fry the dried chili sections and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant.

    Add Spicy Crayfish Seasoning and the clams, stir-fry until cooked through, and plate to serve.
