Fry minced meat until cooked for later use.

Cooking Steps
Put salad oil in the pot, put Mapo Tofu Seasoning (large bag) into the pot and stir fry until fragrant, and put water into the pot.
Add bean jelly and bring to a boil, season well, and cook thoroughly until fragrant.
